However, Natalie insists that he is mistreating her, and their relationship seems far from getting fixed.
Josh Calls Out Jasmine After Pregnancy Reveal

One of them was from Josh Weinstein, who called her out for cheating. Josh added that Jasmine was already with Matt before filming 90 Day: The Last Resort, implying that she had been using Gino all along. Josh also said Jasmine forced her husband into an open marriage so she could conceal her relationship with Matt.
