Fired Up Trump Demands Prosecution of Garland, Smith, Wray, and Other Deep State ‘Crooked Lowlifes’ for Illegal Spying on GOP Senators During Operation Arctic Frost | The Gateway Pundit

Donald Trump gestures emphatically while surrounded by images of prominent legal and political figures, highlighting a significant moment in U.S. political discourse.

President Donald Trump called for the criminal prosecutions of “Christopher Wray, Deranged Jack Smith, Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, and other crooked lowlifes from the failed Biden Administration” in a fiery post to Truth Social on Friday evening.

The president said new documents prove that the officials had “signed off on Operation Arctic Frost.”

Operation Arctic Frost was an FBI investigation targeting approximately 100 Republican groups and entities during the Biden administration.

In his post, Trump accused these “Radical Left Lunatics” of spying on Republican senators and congressmen, rigging the 2020 election, and engaging in “illegal and highly unethical behavior.”

    Trump wrote:

Just in: Documents show conclusively that Christopher Wray, Deranged Jack Smith, Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, and other crooked lowlifes from the failed Biden Administration, signed off on Operation Arctic Frost. They spied on Senators and Congressmen/women, and even taped their calls. They cheated and rigged the 2020 Presidential Election. These Radical Left Lunatics should be prosecuted for their illegal and highly unethical behavior!

The document Trump is referring to is the 2022 authorization for Operation Arctic Frost, which was written by Wray and released earlier in the day by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley. It was signed by all those mentioned in his post.

    — Chuck Grassley (@ChuckGrassley) October 23, 2025

Grassley posted the document on X and wrote:

Just received this doc frm DOJ Proof that Biden Atty General Merrick Garland+ Deputy Atty General Lisa Monaco+ FBI Dir Chris Wray all PERSONALLY APPROVED opening Arctic Frost

This investigation unleashed unchecked govt power at the highest levels My oversight will continue

The New York Post reports, “The FBI’s Washington Field Office requested the senior officials’ authorization before looking into ‘an apparent effort to obstruct Congress’ certification of the Electoral College’ and ‘fraudulent certificates of electors’ votes were submitted to the Archivist of the United States, purporting to represent the actual elector votes from the states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin,’ the files show.”

The report added, “Arctic Frost would eventually provide investigative material to special counsel Jack Smith for his indictment of Trump charging unlawful efforts to reverse Joe Biden’s 2020 electoral victory — but prominent donors, allies and even sitting senators were also swept up in the FBI’s dragnet.”

“Open source reporting and public statements made by individuals closely associated with Donald J. Trump, Inc. (Trump Campaign) present an articulable factual basis indicating the existence of a federal crime, and thus the FBI seeks to open a full investigation,” Wray wrote in the document.

Earlier this month, a document was released by the Senate Judiciary Committee showing that Joe Biden’s FBI spied on eight Republican senators as part of Operation Arctic Frost.

Grassley said at the time that “based on the evidence to date, Arctic Frost and related weaponization by federal law enforcement under Biden was arguably worse than Watergate.”

“What I’ve uncovered today is disturbing and outrageous political conduct by the Biden FBI. The FBI’s actions were an unconstitutional breach, and Attorney General Bondi and Director Patel need to hold accountable those involved in this serious wrongdoing,” Grassley continued.

His office explained, “Whistleblower disclosures to Grassley earlier this year revealed the FBI acquired the government cell phones of President Donald Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence during its Arctic Frost investigation. Officials in the Biden White House personally assisted the FBI in securing Trump and Pence’s government phones. FBI agents used taxpayer dollars to travel the country and conduct dozens of interviews in support of the political probe.”
