I believe financial support is a factor in why Jasmine didn’t break up with Gino. In 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, Jasmine pleaded with Gino not to end their relationship after lying about cheating on him with her ex-boyfriend, Dane. She realized her mistake and regretted it because losing Gino would mean losing her K-1 visa and the financial support he provided. Previously, she worked as a sugar baby and a teacher in an effort to support her family, resulting in a lack of wealth accumulation. I believe Jasmine viewed Gino as her ticket to the United States, disregarding their significant age gap and trust issues. It was only after settling into marriage in the United States that she raised concerns about intimacy and requested an open marriage, possibly as a precaution against potential immigration issues.
