Kenny and Armando have become fan favorites in the franchise, due to their mostly drama-free relationship and touching love story. After appearing on TOW, Kenny and Armando continue to share their happy family life in Mexico with Armando’s young daughter Hannah and their adorable dogs on social media. Between their smiling photos online and hilarious appearances on Pillow Talk, Kenny and Armando seem to have made the right choice tying the knot.
As fans remember, Kenny and Armando’s journey to the altar wasn’t always easy. Armando’s family wasn’t at first supportive of his choice to be with Kenny, and their path to getting a marriage license was made complicated as an LGBT couple. To add to the stress of tying the knot, the couple wasn’t on the same page about everything when it came to wedding planning. However, Kenny and Armando pulled off a stunning wedding ceremony and reception in Mexico that saw their families come together for a magical and emotional evening that won’t be forgotten by attendees or 90 Day Fiancé fans.
One year after they had their dream wedding, Kenny and Armando are celebrating their first anniversary. “It’s been a wonderful year sharing it with such an amazing person in my life that is kind, loving, supportive and caring,” Armando wrote in celebration of the milestone on Instagram, sharing a carousel of sweet photos from their special day. Armando reflected on overcoming challenges ahead of their wedding, writing, “One year later I relive the emotion and joy of being celebrated by family and also of finally receiving our legal document as husbands.” Armando said fighting to get approved for their marriage license proved how “invincible” the couple is. “Never did I imagine being at this point in my life and it is all because of you,” Armando wrote to Kenny. “I am blessed with you, my amazing husband.”
For his part, Kenny celebrated their anniversary by reflecting on his “epic love story” with Armando on Instagram. “True love does not happen everyday but for us true love is everyday,” Kenny wrote to his husband. “[N]ot everything comes easy, we had our struggles along the way to achieve this dream, but struggles and road blocks lead to Triumphs and victories!” Kenny gushed over Armando, writing, “I’m the luckiest man to be able to love you and more so, to have to you love me back.” He ended his post writing, “This is just the beginning!”
Kenny and Armando’s life together is indeed pretty sweet as they enjoy their children, grandchildren and pets together as newlyweds. If their appearance on 90 Day Fiancé was any indication of their relationship, Kenny and Armando are sure to celebrate many more years of a happy marriage.
