Screen Rant has an exclusive first listen at a new track by René G. Boscio, which was composed for sci-fi romance film The Time Capsule.
Screen Rant has the honor of exclusively premiering a key track from the score for new sci-fi romance film The Time Capsule, which is currently available to rent on Prime Video as well as on other digital platforms. The FilmRise release centers on down-and-out politician Jack (portrayed by One Day at a Time‘s Todd Grinnell) and his accidental reunion with first love Elise (Brianna Hildebrand, from the Deadpool film franchise). The catch? She has been in space for the last 20 years, and has not aged since her departure.
Between his previously failed political campaign and his currently failing marriage to wife Maggie (played by Private Practice‘s KaDee Strickland), Jack decides to spend time at his family’s old summer lake house, where he once made many memories with his ex-girlfriend Elisa. When she returns, will those memories of the past be stronger than the life he’s tried to build in the present?
Screen Rant can exclusively present the nearly 6-minute track from composer René G. Boscio, called “Dear Elise.” The soft and melodic tones highlight The Time Capsule‘s theme of longing for what once was, and the instrumentals beautifully capture Jack and Elise’s story.
