Where To Follow The Cast On Social Media

House of the Dragon reinvigorates the Game of Thrones franchise, weaving together a tale of House Targaryen nearly two centuries before the birth of Daenerys Targaryen. Premiering to rave reviews from fans and critics, the new prequel series has already become a major hit for HBO.

The series’s success means great things for its cast, who are sure to gain numerous followers on social media in the wake of the first episode’s premiere. With anticipation high for the following episodes of the season, fans can find many of their favorite cast members on both Instagram and Twitter.

    SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY

    10 Milly Alcock (@millyalcock)

Milly Alcock lends a strong start to House of the Dragon through her portrayal of Rhaenyra Targaryen in the first episodes of the prequel series. Belonging to the powerful House Targaryen, Rhaenyra becomes the first female heir to the Iron Throne, an event that is sure to cause great unrest in the realm as the first season of the series plays out.

Alcock can be found on Instagram under the handle @millyalcock, where she keeps fans updated on the details of her burgeoning acting career. With over one hundred thousand followers gaining in number each day, Alcock has created an impressive fanbase for herself.

    9 Emma D’Arcy (@emmaziadarcy)

Emma D’Arcy is set to take the leading role in House of the Dragon following the reported time jump, portraying the adult Rhaenyra Targaryen. There have already been plenty of Reddit reactions regarding the younger version of the character, who is named heir to the throne by her father, Viserys I.

Relatively new to Instagram, having joined as recently as 2020, D’Arcy can be found under the handle @emmaziadarcy, where the actor is posting occasional updates on the progress of the new series in anticipation of the elder version of Rhaenyra’s debut.

    8 Elliot Tittensor (@etittensor)

Little is yet known about Ser Erryk Cargyll, the character who will be portrayed by Elliot Tittensor in future episodes of House of the Dragon. Cargyll is reported to be a member of the Kingsguard serving under King Viserys I in the latter days of his reign.

Elliot Tittensor, who can be found on Instagram via the handle @etittensor, may not frequent his social media channels, but fans can still find the occasional update regarding his career as an actor. Nevertheless, the actor’s increased notoriety following House of the Dragon may act as the catalyst he needs for a return to the platform indefinitely.

    7 Luke Tittensor (@luke_tittensor)

Though he has not yet been met onscreen during House of the Dragon‘s run, Luke Tittensor is confirmed to appear in future episodes of the series as Ser Arryk Cargyll, a member of the Kingsguard and the twin brother of Ser Erryk Cargyll. Like their characters, Luke and Elliot Tittensor are twin brothers in real life.

Much like his brother, Luke Tittensor does not frequently post to social media. However, interested fans can find his Instagram page, @luke_tittensor, where the occasional photo is posted of his time promoting House of the Dragon. The actor also shares snippets of his own artwork, which is sure to intrigue other artistic minds that follow him.

    6 Nanna Blondell (@nannablondell)

Though her character has been introduced as a child, Nanna Blondell has yet to appear in House of the Dragon as the adult Lady Laena Velaryon. The daughter of Rhaenys Targaryen, the Queen Who Never Was, Laena may prove to be either an enemy or a friend of the next heir to the Iron Throne.

Blondell can be found on Instagram under the name @nannablondell. There, the actress keeps fans updated on her life and upcoming projects. Fans hoping for sneak peeks at her role in House of the Dragon may find themselves disappointed, however, as Blondell has remained tight-lipped regarding the details of her involvement in the series.

    5 Harry Collett (@harrycollettactor)

Harry Collett will be appearing in future episodes of House of the Dragon as Prince Jacaerys Velaryon, the firstborn son of Princess Rhaenyra, after the series’ large time jump. While it is yet unknown how long fans will have to wait to see Collett’s character onscreen, they can rest assured that he will play a major role upon his debut.

Collet can be found at the Instagram handle @harrycollettactor. On this page, Collett’s fans can keep themselves informed on the actor’s upcoming projects, as well as his behind-the-scenes fun therein. The Dolittle actor is a frequent poster on the page, keeping his fans satiated with new content.

    4 Ryan Corr (@Ryan_Corr)

Set to make his first appearance in the second episode of House of the Dragon, Ryan Corr will portray Ser Harwin Strong, otherwise known as “Breakbones.” The heir to Harrenhal, Ser Harwin is a fierce warrior, making him a powerful ally–or a fearsome enemy.

Fans of Corr’s can follow him on Twitter, under the handle @Ryan_Corr. On his page, Corr has been enthusiastically promoting the premiere of his new series, building anticipation for his debut in future episodes.

    3 Olivia Cooke (@livekatecooke)

Olivia Cooke will appear in future episodes of House of the Dragon post-time jump as the elder depiction of Lady Alicent Hightower, a character whom many fans of the books may already know. The daughter of Otto Hightower, Hand of the king, Lady Alicent also serves as the closest confidant of Princess Rhaenyra.

Cooke, who can be discovered on her Instagram page @livekatecooke, keeps her over 160,000 fans well-informed about her work on House of the Dragon, though anything beyond this project seems to be left unknown. With only 18 posts, to her account, her fans are likely enjoying the increased social media activity following her show’s premiere.

    2 Graham McTavish (@grahammctavish)

Graham McTavish portrays Ser Harrold Westerling in the first season of House of the Dragon, the commander of the Kingsguard who keeps watch over Princess Rhaenyra. There are still plenty of questions about Westerling after the show’s first episode, as the character is certain to become a vital part of the overall plot.

Graham McTavish is one of the most-followed members of the House of the Dragon cast on Instagram. Posting under the handle @grahammctavish, the Hobbit actor boasts over 500,000 followers, with nearly 800 posts. On his page, McTavish promotes his acting career, as well as his workout series, partnered with iFit.

    1 Steve Touissant (@thegenuinetoussaint)

Steve Touissant plays the role of the mysterious Lord Corlys Velaryon, a close advisor to King Viserys and the husband of Princess Rhaenys Targaryen, whose claim to the throne was stolen from her because of her gender. Though they still profess loyalty to Viserys, Corlys and Rhaenys may not have taken their eyes from the Iron Throne just yet.

Found on Instagram under @thegenuinetoussaint, Steve Touissant possesses a humble fanbase of just under 5,000 followers. With only 20 posts made since joining the platform in May, Toussiant’s social media presence is only just beginning to unfold, aided greatly by the premiere of his next big project.
