Overhearing a teammate discussing the idea of investing in properties for renting to college students, Shawn had a light bulb moment. He expressed, “Real Estate resonated with me and immediately struck a chord.”

One of Bullard’s most notable endeavors in Philadelphia is the completion of Hagert Estates. This monumental townhome gated community development boasts 31 luxurious townhomes, each with private garages and parking spots. Spanning an impressive 80,000 square feet, it is the largest project Bullard has undertaken to date. While the economy presented its fair share of challenges, with fluctuating interest rates, the development’s success speaks volumes about the value it offers. Selling out the first two phases of Hagert Estates demonstrates the enduring appeal of such a grand undertaking.
