Our 30-Day Wellness Reset Will Help You Start 2025 Strong

    Morning friends—happy 2025!

Whether you woke up this morning feeling bright-eyed and energized or exhausted from last night’s festivities, I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels ready for a reset in some area of life. After a season of holiday indulgences and lots of to-do’s, January always arrives at just the right moment—a calm friend urging us to slow down, simplify, and pause to consider what’s next.

And in that pause lies so much potential, which is why I love the energy that January brings. It invites us to dream about what’s next and commit to the practices that will help us feel our best. Rather than setting a bunch of resolutions, I embrace this week to get clear on what truly matters and map out the small, meaningful steps that will add up to something bigger over time.

So, I’m excited to share two tools that our team has been working on for months—they both happened to have a January 1st launch date, so here we go!

    The 30-Day Wellness Reset

We can all get sucked into the frenzy of New Year’s resolutions, and it’s easy to start the year with 10 things we want to change about ourselves. But over the past few years, I’ve started thinking bigger than a checklist. I’ve shifted my focus to envision the life I want to be living, and how that life feels—inspired, aligned, calm, and in flow.

Over the next 30 days, we’ll walk through four different wellness pillars that will shift our thinking and help us step into the most vibrant and magnetic versions of ourselves. We’ll bring expert-backed articles and actionable advice to help you step into practices aligned with your highest self. Here’s what to expect:

Week 1 (starting tomorrow!): Creating and Manifesting a Vision for Your Life

Our team and I will be sharing the Vision Board practice I’ve used over the last 6 years to get clarity on my goals and create a path to reach them.

(Get a jump start with my Vision Board Kit here. I’m also hosting a Virtual Vision Board Workshop this Saturday over Zoom, and there are still a few spots left to join.)

Week 2: Nourishing Your Body Through Food

Prepare for an empowering approach to nutrition with nourishing new recipes and meal prep tips to feel your best without sacrificing pleasure.

    Week 3: Movement is Medicine

How to create and stick to your fitness goals this year—including expert-backed advice on what really moves the needle.

Week 4: Stepping Into Our Beauty

How to feel confident in your own skin, with advice on embracing your authentic beauty and how to discover the self-care rituals that will nourish your body and soul this year.

Also! I’ve got some great interviews in the works with a few of my favorite voices in wellness, and I don’t want you guys to miss any of them! These will be exclusive to my Substack newsletter, so be sure you’re signed up below:

The best part of this community is the accountability and support we can share with each other, so please leave comments throughout the month on my Substack, and feel free to hop into the Breathing Space chat (download the Substack app to use it) to share your goals, experiences, and challenges with the group. Let’s make it the start of an incredible year together.

The Wellness Issue of our new magazine, Camille Styles EDIT, is out today!

I could not be more excited to share our first wellness issue with you—it’s packed with inspiration, actionable tips, healthy & delicious recipes, and all-around fun reads that you’re going to love.

This issue’s theme is ALIGN. It’s all about doing more of what reflects our priorities and letting go of what doesn’t to create our most fulfilling lives. A few things not to miss:

    • Our cover story features Mari Llewellyn, one of the most authentic women I know. Her personal mental and physical transformation proves that lasting change starts from within.
    • Professional organizer Shira Gill shares her “Life Audit” system—practical steps to lay the foundation for our most aligned, impactful year yet.
    • Our wellness editor Edie Horstman outlines strategies for boosting winter vitality—a welcome lift during these shorter, colder days
    • My most nourishing soup recipes I’ve been making on repeat to stay cozy all season.
    • A goal-setting calendar to help you track and make real progress in just 30 days.

Go here to access the Wellness Issue for free.

    ***

I’m just gonna say it: 2025 is your year.

The year you experience more passion, purpose, and living each day with intention.

The year you take a bold first step.

The year you start living life fully, vibrant, and alive.

The year you don’t hold back on becoming exactly who you’re meant to be.

Lots of love and happy new year,

    Camille
