Management and booking company RLM has announced new corporate appointments, Billboard has learned. The updates to the company, headquartered in Spain, are in an effort to “offer the best global service to artists” and ensuring evolution and innovation” within the digital era, according to a statement.
The new hires include Pablo Noguera, who as management director, will lead the strategy, planing and management of RLM artists. Beatriz de la Chica is now international booking director and will be in charge of booking global tours as well as of the development of international trajectories. Lastly, Irene Piña joins as production director and will lead management of both national and international tours.
“My priority is to help our artists to develop and make profitable their careers,” said Lagarrigue in a statement. “We have new challenges ahead of us within an industry that evolves really rapidly and we have an excellent and diversified team that is key to providing a personalized service to each artist according to their needs. The new team members have demonstrated extensively their working capacity, dedication and talent and I have no doubt that they will be of essence in the evolution of RLM in order to offer the best service, both to consolidated artists and to emerging ones.”
RLM — founded by Lagarrigue in 1984 when it exclusively represented Spanish star Miguel Bosé, Mecano and Alejandro Sanz — currently includes artists such as Ana Torroja, Rozalén, Raphael, Vanesa Martín, among others. It also operates its own label, Sin Anestesia, which offers a boutique 360 service.
“I feel delighted and grateful for the opportunity given to me by Rosa Lagarrigue, who has supported me tremendously since day one of my career,” offered Noguera. “I am taking on this challenge with as much sense of responsibility as excitement and enthusiasm. Our objective will be to develop inspirational artistic careers, broadening their reach and always holding maximum respect for MUSIC, a core concept I would like to emphasize.”
Rounding out the management team are Yann Barbot (director of Live and Marketing in Spain); Ana Eusa (director of the business affairs department); Miguel Angel Berrocal (financial head & IT); Lola Escobedo (director of brands and sponsorships); and Carla Varona as (director of the Sin Anestesia label).
