On Saturday September 21, 2024, THE AMERICAN RELICS will be performing live in Times Square in celebration of International Peace Day, which will also be streamed worldwide. They will join Paul Sladkus, founder of The Good News Corporation for his 22nd year spreading the word of Peace along with Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine. Also performing that day will be Composer Randy Edelman, Keith Shockley from Public Enemy, AY Young, Irene Michaels, Georgia Fumanti, 7 year old Lake Anthony, Anushuka Sen (39 million followers) and a marathon of others. Each day 380,000 people visit Times Square and everyone is invited to this free event.
From there they are off to Nashville for the Josie Music Awards at The Grand Ole Opry House, as they were nominated in two categories. The event marks the 10th Anniversary of the JMA which is the most prestigious, most respected and most revered award presentation in the independent music industry. The festivities take place on Saturday October 26, 2024 at the CMA Theater at The Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum for the Birthday celebration and on Sunday October 27, 2024 at The Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville where the award ceremonies will take place. Then it’s back to New York for their showcase at Chelsea Table & Stage located at 152 West 26th Street inside the Hilton Hotel, and will be held on November 15, 2024 @ 7:00 PM. This influential nostalgic band has announced two new members of the faction, John McCann on drums and a high powered attorney and keyboard player Bill Gulino, a former NBC and FOX musical director who toured as musical director for the iconic group The Platters. They will join frontman, lead singer and guitarist John Gitano, Vocalist Adrienne Dugger, Guitarist Neal Lazar, guitarist Patty Jarman, and bassist Nelson Montana.
