THE AMERICAN RELICS everyone’s favorite New York nostalgia band will be opening for late night talk show host Mickey Burns as he reminisces back into the past to share his backstage journey of the last 22 years of celebrity guests for “PROFILES: A Celebrity Retrospective.” The showcase will be live at Chelsea Table & Stage (152 West 26th street inside the Hilton Hotel) on April 4, 2025 @ 7:00 PM.
Profiles with Mickey Burns has been bringing New York and surrounding areas the biggest celebrity interviews for the past 22 years with guests including: Joan Collins, Joan Rivers, Susan Lucci, Smokey Robinson, Dick, Cavett, Davy Jones, Randy Jones, Christopher Plummer, Mary Wells, Fred Schneider, Lou, Graham, Desmond Child, Judy Collins, George Foreman, Adam Ant …and an endless amount of others. What goes on behind the stage has always been a mystery until now….
THE AMERICAN RELICS are a perfect fit for an opening act with their retro influenced style and music mostly written by founder and lead vocalist John Gitano. The other members include Neal Lazar on lead guitar, Nelson Montana on bass, Adrienne Dugger on vocals, Patty Jarman on acoustic guitar, Bill Gulino on keys and John McCann playing the drums. They will also be joined by house music recording artist Irene Michaels.
THE AMERICAN RELICS have performed their brand of 60’s, 70’s and 80’s influenced originals and covers to sold out audiences at Chelsea several times and will also be the featured performers at the venue on May 2, 2025 @ 7:00 PM. They have been featured at Times Square for the 40th Anniversary of the UN’s International Peace Day which they won Special Events Award in the BroadwayWorld competition and they were nominated for a Josie Music Award as well. Their music has been heard on KISS FM and other radio across the nation….
