Newt Gingrich Predicts AG Garland Will Indict Donald Trump, Calls It ‘Most Corrupt DOJ In History’

Newt Gingrich Predicts AG Garland Will Indict Donald Trump, Calls It ‘Most Corrupt DOJ In History’

On Wednesday night, former Speaker of the House and Fox News contributor Newt Gingrich gave a chilling assessment of the current state of the Department of Justice and the FBI.

Gingrich is convinced that Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland will actually indict former President Donald Trump.

He described the Biden Justice Department as the “most corrupt Justice Department in all of American history.”

Once again, Newt Gingrich is on Fox right now, TELLING IT LIKE IT IS. He basically said, BEWARE the Democrats, there’s no telling just how far they’re willing to go in the face of watching Donald Trump retake the White House. pic.twitter.com/I2grADR4v6

    Corrupt At The Highest Level

Gingrich stated that he “fully expects” that Attorney General Merrick Garland and the DOJ will indict former President Donald Trump for what they claim is mishandling of classified documents that were allegedly found in his Florida home.

He laid out a long line of corruption at some of the highest levels of the federal government.

“You have corruption from the Attorney General, to the head of the FBI, to senior elements of the FBI. You have collusion from a wide range of the intelligence community. You had, I think it was 50 some intelligence senior officials who signed a letter last year that we now know is a total lie, none of whom have recanted.”

Gingrich was referring to a letter signed by roughly 50 former former intelligence officials, including former CIA Directors John Brennan, Leon Panetta, and Michael Hayden, and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, that the New York Post story on Hunter Biden’s laptop that came out weeks before the 2020 presidential election was probably “Russian disinformation.”

    Newt’s Prediction

Newt Gingrich predicted what will happen, and what Trump’s chances might be with a hypothetical D.C. jury: “I fully expect the Justice Department to indict President Trump in a DC court, a district where he got 5.6 percent of the vote. So by 19 to one, the jury is likely to be against him.”

Gingrich had also commented during an appearance with Fox News host Mark Levin on a possible indictment of Trump, and that the raid at Mar-a-Lago could be the basis for a larger scheme.

He suggested that an indictment in D.C. given the political make up of any potential jury was on purpose.

Gingrich added, “I think you just have to assume this is part of a deliberate, vicious, ongoing struggle, which I predict will lead them to try to indict President Trump in a D.C. jury,” he said. “These people are playing for keeps. They have no interest in procedure, no interest in precedent and no interest, frankly, in the law.”

Newt Gingrich says we are witnessing the most corrupt Justice Dept. in all of American history. And it can get darker. We have passed the rubicon, patriots. We are in the preface to a second American Revolution.

    All Bets Are Off

Newt Gingrich had an ominous warning for not just Donald Trump, but Trump supporters. It seems that for Democrats, the gloves are off and everyone is fair game. Gingrich explained:

“I have no idea what’s going to happen next. I’m a historian by training and I tell everybody you have to assume that nothing, you know, tells you anything about how corrupt and how sick this is going to get. Because you have fanatics who represent a secular religion who are determined to destroy not just Trump but Trump’s followers. They could do almost anything. We have no way of knowing what the next six months or two years are going to bring.”

The Political Insider reported on Thursday that any announcement of possible charges involving Trump will not come until after the midterm election in November. According to Bloomberg News, it is the DOJ’s policy not to engage in any investigative steps within 60 days of an election.

However that gives the DOJ, the FBI, and anyone else roughly two months to selectively leak information about the investigation, possible indictment, or anything else that will put Donald Trump in a bad light.

When the President of the United States orders a raid on the home of a former President, and more than likely his opponent in the next presidential election, Newt Gingrich is right. These people play for keeps.

For those of you who did not hear @newtgingrich on Fox earlier, do not take anything for granted, this administration, this DOJ, this FBI will resort to any actions to retain power, and stay out of prison! These next two years are going to be very dangerous, this will be bad!
