As the nation continues to grieve and ask questions in the aftermath of two horrific mass shootings in New York and Texas, the left continues their attempt to convince the rest of us that inanimate objects, guns, are the cause of these heinous acts of violence.
Now, New York will become the proving ground to determine whether the makers of inanimate objects, guns, can be held accountable for how mentally unhinged people use their products.
The Glock lawsuit reminds of when those kids killed themselves after listening to Judas Priest and the parents sued the band.

Making Someone Pay
Ilene Steur was a victim in April’s subway shooting in Brooklyn where 10 people including Steur was shot by a deranged gunman named Frank James.
Steur is suing the manufacturer of the gun James used in the attack, Glock, based on a New York state law passed in 2021 that allows victims of gun violence to sue gunmakers and dealers for their injuries.
In a sign of the times, a federal court upheld New York’s preposterous law.
The suit states that Glock is responsible for “creating and maintaining a public nuisance in the State of New York.” It also cites the company for “endangering the state’s public health and safety.”
Ridiculous lawsuit.
Hope glock doesn’t settle. https://t.co/Wy9TtxsvKA— Real American (@RealAme11628165) May 31, 2022

Some Points Of The Lawsuit
The lawsuit alleges that Glock markets its products to give criminals the idea their products are good for criminal uses.
Another somewhat interesting claim of the suit alleges that Glock “strategically advertises its products through placement in movies and rap music.”
(It would be very interesting to see which fanatically anti-gun Hollywood productions are taking advertising payments from Glock for product placement!)
The lawsuit demands payments for “the physical pain and suffering, permanent physical injuries, emotional pain, suffering, mental anguish, embarrassment, and isolation” resulting from “unlawful marketing and distribution practices.”
The silliness of such an idea is manifest, and one only needs to consider any other product to see why.
Will this now be the case for the makers of alcohol and automobiles? People die from these things everyday. Maybe this is another great way to rid the world of fossil fuels, holding oil companies responsible for the actions of the arsonist?
According to the FBI, 12 people were murdered by drowning in 2015. Do survivors get to sue hydrogen and oxygen for misuse of their product?
Knives were used in 1,533 murders in 2015, compared to 215 for rifles. Is Target liable for the misuse of the knives?
The left will argue that all of those things are not meant to kill people. Guns are not meant for shooting sprees in subways, either.
The truth is you can make damn near anything a weapon. Chuck Norris can make anything a weapon.
Oh man, i dont want every kid in america too have guns but this lawsuit is ridiculus. Glock are following all the laws and regulations and just being a company. Go after the thug that shot you.

Governments Coming To Save The Day
Glock and other gun manufacturers may have bigger things to worry about than individual lawsuits from victims. On Monday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced that Canada would freeze the sale, trade, and importation of handguns into Canada.
There would also be new sweeping gun laws, including so-called “red flag” laws and stricter punishments for violators of those laws. Here in the U.S., Congress is making sure they use the outcry from these shootings to attempt to pass massive gun legislation.
And while government is coming to make it harder for you to defend yourself and your family, what they don’t want you to know is that in 2021, homicide records were broken in America’s 12 largest cities. Feel safer yet?
Absolutely ridiculous! The gun manufacturers producing a product that was deemed legal by the authorities making the laws. If Glock has to pay anything against the lawsuit like this we are all doomed
