A California-based startup unveils Space Camper, an accessory that turns the Tesla Cybertruck into a mini solar-powered RV on wheels. Its built with aerospace-grade composites and manufcturing processes that put strength, precision, as well as durability first, ensuring that you’ll be able to go on adventures just about anywhere. The Space Camper also adds electrical outlets, dimmable lights, an induction cooktop, portable cooler, and water heater, all of which are compatible with Tesla’s industry-leading battery pack for weeks of auxiliary camping power. Nearly all of its tools serve multiple purposes, like the Murphy-Style bed, which can be stored out of the way for ample standing room with detachable hinges to become an exterior table. Bed extensions can also be quickly transformed into benches or work surfaces. At the flip of a switch, the Space Camper’s air-powered actuators use the Cybertruck’s compressor to open or retract with ease. Available for pre-order now, with pricing starting at around $24,000 USD. When the Cybertruck rolls off the production line in 2023, you’ll have other options as well, such as the LOKI Basecamp.
