“Probably TMI but I’m fascinated with this stuff. I weighed around 175-178 lbs. (80kg-ish) at the start of DWTS. By week 3, I went down to 170, they had to take in my waist on my pants … a lot of cardio and wasn’t eating enough. By the end of the show, my pant size was back to normal and I felt stronger. I gained about 15-20 Ibs. during the season, biggest thing I changed was eating more protein … protein shake every night and just more meat. But I feel so much stronger than before.”
So, instead of losing weight, Dylan actually gained it. However, he feels more in shape now than ever before. He is thrilled with where his body is now at.
It seems as though Dylan gained 20 pounds during his time on the show. He was shocked to see that this is what happened after competing. Dylan lost weight at first.
