Joe Amabile is known for his time being a part of Bachelor Nation. He is married to Serena Pitt, and the two met because of the franchise. Unfortunately, Joe found out that he had a brain tumor. This was something he never thought would happen to him. However, he was quick to figure it out and undergo surgery. They were able to get the entire tumor out. However, this is something that he has to deal with for the rest of his life. Joe remained as positive as possible during this time, which impressed fans.
He Gives First Update Since Major Surgery
Joe Amabile has given his first update since his major surgery. It seems that he is doing well. However, this is something that he has to deal with for the rest of his life.
“I’m back. It’s been a full week since my surgery. Recovery has been really great, for the most part. I think I struggled at the beginning with speaking. Just like knowing what to say but not being able to say it. And then just pain, obviously. But it’s been a full week. I’m off Oxy. I’m off all the painkillers. I take a few Tylenol here and there.”
He thanked fans for all of their support. He admitted that he was overwhelmed by it all.
It seems as though Joe is now off all of his pain meds. He is doing better and is glad that it is over. He has struggled a little bit. However, overall he has done great in recovery. Joe appreciates everything that fans have been doing. In fact, he was overwhelmed by the amount of love and support he has received during this time. Fans are just glad that he is okay.
