Early on in the night, Cynthia Erivo was wandering around because she could not find her seat. It is a crowded room with assigned seats and it can be stressful trying to find the one they are supposed to sit in. However, Taylor Swift noticed her looking around. She quickly waved at her and patted her seat. This was to encourage her to come sit with her. Cynthia ended up sitting in the seat next to Taylor. The two immediately embraced in a hug. Fans even thought they were doing the “holding space” moment that Cynthia did with Ariana Grande in several interviews. Fans fell in love with the two of them together.
