Tiësto and Charli XCX Release New Song “Hot in It”: Listen

Tiësto has teamed up with Charli XCX for a new song. It’s called “Hot in It,” and you can check it out below. According to a press release, “Hot in It” is the fourth single from Tiësto’s forthcoming album, following “The Business,” “Don’t Be Shy,” and “The Motto.” The new album will mark the Dutch DJ and producer’s follow-up to 2020’s The London Sessions.

“I knew from the second I heard Charli’s cut on the song that it was going to be a smash, and it’s been amazing to see how everyone has been reacting to the message of the song,” Tiësto remarked in a statement. “The heat on this one is incredible, so excited it’s finally out in the world!”

Charli XCX added, “I’m very excited to get hot in it this summer.”

Charli XCX teased the dance track on her TikTok account back in May. “Hot in It” marks her latest collaboration with Tiësto, who has previously remixed Charli XCX’s “Break the Rules,” as well as “I Love It”—her joint hit with Icona Pop.

Charli XCX issued her most recent LP, Crash, earlier this year. The album includes contributions from Rina Sawayama (on “Beg for You”), as well as Caroline Polachek and Christine and the Queens (on “New Shapes”). Charli XCX dropped a deluxe edition of the record shortly after its initial release. Earlier this month, she played a metaverse concert hosted on the Roblox platform.
