The iconic Get Out Magazine Awards took place this year on March 3rd @ The Dickens in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen NYC. The LGBTQ+ publication ranks number 7 in the world in the Gay Nightlife communities and is both online and in print and can be acquired for free. Publisher Mike Todd is the founder and creator of both the magazine and the Award Ceremonies.
The festivities left the huge crowd with a colorful, flamboyant and dazzling night to remember. It was filled with excitement, diversity, pride, inclusion, enthusiasm and a lot of friendship and love. Aside from the illustrious award winners it was also a night of flawless entertainment by some of the most talented artists on the planet featuring DJ Stevie Sidewalk and hosts Ariel Sinclair & Kimmi Moore who both performed to drag perfection.
Some of the highlights of the evening included a seductive performance by award winning cabaret artist, actress, singer, and fashion connoisseur, Quinn Lemley. Quinn won vocalist of the Year for the 2025 BroadwayWorld Cabaret Awards this past January and is known as NYC’s Rita Hayworth. She has appeared on Good Morning America, Shark Tank, on Broadway and on the silver screen. Quinn is a signed recording artist with Tribeca Records as well. She also performed at Times Square for International Peace Day. Her performance was riveting and vibrant and applauded by all.
Next up was house music recording artist extraordinaire Irene Michaels who is a multi-award winning talent, having won last years Get Out Award for her contribution to house music. She has also garnered an award for Best Song of the Year at the Josie Music Awards in Nashville and the 2025 BroadwayWorld Awards for her hit single My Heart and for her performance at Times Square on International Peace Day Special Event Award for her hit I Like Rain. Irene is also an actress, author and an award-winning equestrian. She performed her hit My Last Love in her sexy gold dress and then sang her newest hit My Heart along with rapper Twizm Whyte Piece. Together they raised the roof and brought down the house.
Screamin’ Rachael, President of the iconic Chicago House Music record label TRAX and former Club Kid showcased her talent and supreme vocal abilities in a house mix. She gave a vibrant and fun performance to a very receptive audience. Although she traveled from Chicago to perform it was like old home week for her as much of the club kid crowd including iconic journalist Michael Musto was there.

Tribeca Record owner John “SohoJohnny” Pasquale had the honor of introducing the entertainment. SohoJohnny is also the owner of the prestigious Soho based PEP Real Estate & Let Me Help, Inc. an organization dedicated to helping others.
