Ben is an American television personality who is best known for co-hosting HGTV’s Home Town alongside his wife, Erin Napier. They also work on a few of the show’s spin-offs, such as Home Town Takeover. In addition, he is the founder of Scotsman Co., where he designs customized, history-inspired wood furniture.
Over the years, Ben has also shared his health journey with fans. Back in March 2025, he shared that he had lost nearly 100 pounds over the course of three years. Fans have continued to be impressed by his transformation.
Recently, Ben took to social media to share a photo alongside a crew member. Posing with him was Lohn, who also works behind the scenes on the show’s set and production.
In the photo, the two showed off their T-shirts, which had small American flags embroidered on them. Ben’s shirt was white, while Lohn’s was a dark navy blue. A simple caption read, “These colors don’t run.”
A Few Fans Commended Ben For His Health Journey
For his part, Lohn also wrote, “This ain’t track, and we ain’t paper. We don’t fold or run baby!!!” This was followed by a few American flag and heart emojis.
Ben’s caption discussed the flags, saying that the red and blues don’t run in the wash. However, the thing that caught fans’ attention wasn’t the shirts, but that Ben looked noticeably slimmer in the post.
